What is Transformational Breath?

Transformational Breath® is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.

Transformational Breath® was developed by Dr Judith Kravitz. Incorporating her knowledge of conscious breathing techniques and various other healing and spiritual principles, Transformational Breath® is a highly efficient and effective technique that has been used and found beneficial by many thousands of people world-wide for over forty years.  

Transformational Breath® is taught as a powerful self help tool, by fully trained facilitators whose intention it is to give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath on an ongoing basis, to create personal transformation. It can be used to great effect either on its own, or in combination with other types of therapy/treatment.

Click HERE to view the video.  Some of my clients who are new to breathwork have benefited from just a few simple breathing exercises.  Learning to sit, quietly with ourselves and focusing on the inhale and exhale is sometimes not easy for many people.  It can even be a bit of a challenge. That is why I work at your pace and my sessions are about you, not what I want to happen as your facilitator.  Bringing some stillness to your world by focusing on just your breath can be all that is needed for some people to begin with.  Each session with a client is completely different.  However, every session is 100% about what you need at that time.  My role is create a safe and relaxing space where you feel at ease to connect with your breath.  If you are curious, why not try one of my 1 hour breathing classes outlined below - you have nothing to lose! 

I am a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader and I currently offer regular group workshops and 1-to-1 individual sessions.  Cost for a  1-to-1 session is £75 for a 90 minute initial session and £65 for a 75 minute follow-up session.  For more information, you can book a free call by clicking HERE

I also run weekly conscious 1-hour breathing classes and monthly group breathing sessions where each class focuses on using our breath to support different areas of our health.  The cost for a 1-hour class is £10 and for my 2.5 hour monthly events is 45 euro / £40 per person.  Contact Aine to book your space. or click on the links below to book your space.  No experience necessary and each event is open to new and experienced breathers. Upcoming Nourish & Breathe Breathwork Events in 2024 as follows:


  1. Newry Breathing classes every Tuesday at Kali Yoga in Newry.  Cost is £10 per person and classes strictly limited to 9 people.  There are 2 options to choose from: 9.30am OR 7.30pm (1 hour) Click HERE  for more information and to book your space.    These classes are are suitable to all levels, including beginners and open to anyone 16+ years.
