Breakfast Berry Smoothie (Serves 1)




A great way to get the goodness into the kids early in the day. This recipe can be tweaked to add your own favourite ingredients to it. Just remember to include a source of protein every time. Enjoy!


Ingredients:


1/2 small banana

2 tsp of essential seed mix

1 small punnet of blueberries (or other berries)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Plus enough water or milk to give an easy-to-drink consistency



Method:


Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
