
This is one of my favourite recipes that includes the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a powerful hit of Magnesium from the kale and watercress. The cashew butter adds the protein and the result is a really well-balanced smoothie to set you up for the day or post-exercise. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
25g vanilla protein powder
1 kiwi, peeled
Handful of strawberries
Handful of kale Handful of watercress
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp broccoli sprouts
Water or almond milk as desired
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
